The Group Walk & Talk Program is a supportive small-group experience in nature, with a maximum of seven participants, designed to help you slow down, move your body, calm your nervous system and connect with like-minded people.
Through a clear five-step pathway — Commit, Clarify, Choose, Connect and Cultivate. You will explore attachment patterns, nervous system responses, values, boundaries, and practical wellbeing tools while walking mindfully outdoors.
This program offers a grounded and gentle way to reconnect with yourself and others, build emotional steadiness, and create simple practices that support greater calm, clarity and connection in everyday life.
5C Group Walk & Talk Overview
1. COMMIT — Show up, slow down and come home to yourself
Commit to turning up for yourself through mindful walking in nature, simple wellbeing practices and connection with like-minded people. In a supportive small-group setting, this first step offers space to pause, settle and begin experiencing a deeper sense of presence, reconnection and belonging.
2. CLARIFY — Understand your mind, body and nervous system patterns
Learn how attachment experiences, stress responses and the nervous system can shape your emotions, communication, boundaries and connection with others. This step helps you understand why you may withdraw, overthink, people-please, shut down, feel anxious or struggle to feel safe in connection. With greater awareness, you can begin to respond to yourself and others with more compassion and clarity.
3. CONNECT — Explore values, boundaries and healthier responses
Clarify what matters most to you, recognise where boundaries may be needed and begin choosing responses that better support your wellbeing and relationships. This step helps you move from automatic patterns into more conscious choices, so you can relate with greater honesty, steadiness and self-respect.
4. CHOOSE — Practical tools for everyday wellbeing
Explore simple practices that support emotional steadiness, self-awareness and daily wellbeing, including breathwork, mindfulness, journaling, gratitude and nervous system regulation. Participants are also invited to share what works for them, creating a supportive space to learn from each other and discover practical tools that can be used beyond the group.
5. CULTIVATE — Build simple practices for lasting change
Create ongoing habits and personalised practices that support calm, clarity, self-awareness and healthier connection beyond the group. This final step helps you take what you have learned into everyday life, so the benefits of movement, nature, reflection and connection can continue well after the program ends.
